How To File A Claim


Step 1. Complete Purchaser's Information Form (Found in “File a claim”)
Step 2. Upload copies of your receipt(s), appraisal(s), certificate(s) and/or any other paperwork pertinent to your purchase. (i.e., Merchandise Inquiry Form if provided by the Shopping Host / Shopping Expert during your cruise vacation).

If you are unable to upload copies of your paperwork then…

What to Expect Once your claim initiation form is received, you will be contacted by a customer relations representative within 48 business hours.
